Nevis is organized as a Statutory City, operating as a Mayor with a Council form of government. The Mayor is elected for a two-year term. The council members are elected for two and four-year terms. They meet regularly on the second Monday of every month. The regular meeting begins at 6:00 P.M.
City Council Packets/Agendas will be made available on the Thursday prior to the regular meeting. The agenda will be posted on the bulletin board outside the Nevis Administration Office. The agenda will also be available on this website.
